The knowledge, skills and critical components we teach in our full, Command Series Level 1: Developing First-Line Supervisors are essential for all supervisors to know. Attendees from that course have advised that their senior supervisors are unaware of these concepts.

Organizational leaders will not send their seasoned first-line supervisors to another four or five day program dealing with first-line supervision. Knowing the concepts needed to be taught and the dilemma faced by organizations and staffing, the J. Harris Academy team has taken the most critical components of the full course and modified it for a one-day tune up for seasoned supervisors.

This course is that program!
