Baltimore County Police Captain Promotional Exam Preparation
Promotion to the rank of Captain requires demonstrated executive leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to operate at an organizational level. This comprehensive, rank-specific program is designed for Baltimore County Police officers preparing for the annual Captain promotional process.
The course prepares candidates for the written examination and the oral board or assessment components, with instruction customized to Baltimore County testing formats, redactions, and approved source materials.
