Monroe Township Police Department – Sergeant Promotional Exam Online Prep Program (2026)

This program is built specifically for Monroe Township Police Department officers preparing for the 2026 Sergeant examination process. This is promotional exam prep focused on performance: how to read and apply policy/guidelines under time pressure, how to select the best answer, and how to deliver supervisor-level oral board responses that are clear, defensible, and confident.

Access to the material may be done through the J Harris Training app or through our student portal located on our home page. The program includes structured study materials, targeted New Jersey Attorney General Guidelines training, and realistic practice exams designed to build speed, accuracy, and judgment. If/when our company obtains the Monroe Township General Orders being used for this test, we will incorporate those policies directly into your prep so your training aligns to what you will be tested on.
