Lieutenant Oral Board Coaching

This coaching program is designed for candidates preparing for the Lieutenant promotional oral board or structured interview process. Lieutenant-level boards evaluate a candidate’s ability to transition from first-line supervision to mid-level leadership, requiring sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to manage people, problems, and priorities across units and shifts.

Participants receive individualized one-on-one coaching sessions focused on practicing and refining responses to scenario-based oral board questions. Coaching emphasizes how to think, prioritize, and articulate decisions as a Lieutenant, balancing operational demands with leadership expectations and organizational standards.
