Baltimore Captain Candidate Oral Board Coaching

This coaching program is designed for candidates preparing for the Captain promotional oral board or structured interview process. Captain-level boards require clear command presence, executive judgment, and the ability to articulate decisions that reflect organizational priorities, risk management, accountability, and leadership under pressure.

Participants receive two one-on-one coaching sessions with an instructor to review oral board expectations and practice scenario-based responses. Each session is approximately one hour and is focused on helping you deliver concise, confident, and well-structured answers that align with what assessors are evaluating at the Captain level.

Coaching sessions emphasize:
