You’ll train the skills evaluators score most: investigative priorities, legal decision-making, evidence preservation, lead development, documentation, and clear articulation under time pressure. Through realistic case-based role-plays, in-basket case management, and structured interview practice, you’ll learn how to build a defensible investigative plan, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively with patrol, victims, supervisors, and prosecutors.
