This program is an educational course designed to assist law enforcement officers with preparing for a promotional examination. This course will review critical components of the written exam as well as provide examples, sample responses and more for the Lieutenant's Assessment Center process.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many times can I review the material?
Once you are enrolled, you have one year of continuous access to the lessons. We encourage you to redo lessons over and over to enhance retention of material.
What if I have an oral board or assessment center as part of my test?
We encourage you to take advantage of our bundle deal that includes the online assessment center training as well. If you purchase bundle you will save. Some, however, do wait until after their written to focus on that section of the test. You can do that by just purchasing the Assessment Class later when you are ready at regular price.
What if my test is cancelled or delayed? Can I get a refund?
Once you start the program and have access to our materials, you cannot request a refund. You have one year from the date of purchase to access the materials. We encourage your to be mindful of when your test may be and purchase the course to coincide with your test date (or estimated test date).
How do I schedule coaching sessions for oral boards?
Contact us at [email protected] to be connected with a coach. This should happen after you have reviewed the materials in the classroom and approximately 6 weeks or so prior to assessment center. You will get three sessions included with your registration. More can be purchased if you wish more time. Each session lasts approximately 45-minutes to an hour.
