This class is specifically designed to assist government officials in New Jersey with the understanding of the Open Public Records Act. This online course will review exceptions to release of records, case law that has shaped decision-making, and the issues and events that have occurred within our areas of responsibility.

Due to changing case law and updates in this area, those that enroll will have access to the material for a period of six months.

Certificate of Completion will be available for download upon completion of the course.
